No Problem. For 1080(the best resolution to start with) content, I use the 4K & 60 FPS preset, then I leave everything at default. But for anything low resolution(for example 480p), I'd suggest the starlight model. Although the starlight model is extremely GPU-heavy and hardware-demanding. It took a whole week for Upscaling My Favs #2.

Topaz Video is exactly what I use. With a 5070Ti your processing times will definitely be shorter than mine.
